Angie Benitez is a Lighting and Rigging Artist working on Superstitious as the Lighting Lead, Surfacing Lead, prop rigger, and animator. When she is not improving her rigging techniques, Angie enjoys going to art museums. Angie is aiming to work in the industry as a rigging artist or animator.
ALEXA BOWEN (SHE/HER)
Effects Lead / Modeling Lead /Technical Lead
Alexa Bowen is a 3D Modeling and VFX artist working on Superstitious as Co-Modeling Lead and Co-Effects Lead. When she isn't working on the film, she can be found custom painting shoes, cooking, or playing with her dog Arya. Alexa is entering this industry with the hopes of working for Marvel, Fortiche, or Weta FX.

KAYLA DAVIS (SHE/THEY)
Concept Artist/ Storyboard Artist
Kayla Davis is a 2D artist working on Superstitious specializing in storyboards, beatboards, animation, and the VFX maya plug-in xGen. Outside of her work on superstitious, she enjoys traditional and digital painting, as well as being a horror movie and metal music enthusiast. Kayla's goal is to be a concept or storyboarding artist through WarnerMedia for Cartoon Network or Adultswim.
MELANY DI PIETRO CECERE (SHE/HER)
Co-Director / Co-Editor / Effects Lead
Melany Di Pietro Cecere is one of the student Directors of Superstitious, as well as co-Editor and co-Effects lead. Melany enjoys the creative possibilities of animation and the tech behind it, and she wishes to one day work with the power of storytelling to write and create meaningful stories . When she’s not working on Superstitious or adoring Jinx, she enjoys reading, writing, and researching topics of interest.
ESTEPHANY PADILLA (SHE/HER)
Character Designer
Estephany Padilla is Character Designer working on Superstitious’ design and marketing team. Her goal is to bring stories to life and create characters, and on her free time, she watches animated works and experiments with different styles. Estephany aims to work for companies like Disney, Dreamworks, and Hasbro Studios.
CHI PHAM (SHE/HER)
Production Manager / Animation Lead
Chi Pham works on Superstitious as the Production Manager and a 3D animator. Chi has experience working on both 2D and 3D animation production. She enjoys creating nice-looking and functional Excel sheets for things like production progress tracking. When she is not busy animating or organizing, Chi works on her culinary skills by testing out tasty recipes.
CAROLINA RAPP (SHE/HER)
Co-Director / Layout Lead
Carolina is a Student Director and Layout Lead for Superstitious. When she isn't spending her time in the senior lab, she is usually busy doing live production work or playing with her cats at home. Carolina enjoys both live action and animation work, and aims to continue focusing on storytelling and cinematography in her professional journey moving forward.

Character Rigger / Set Dresser
Jordyn Rennemann is a passionate 3D artist working on "Superstitious" as a Rigging Lead and Animation Artist. She is always excited to learn new rigging techniques and tricks. In her free time, she plays video games or traditionally paints while rewatching her favorite animated movies. Jordyn aspires to work in the film industry as a character rigger or technical artist for companies such as Nickelodeon, Dreamworks, Netflix, Pixar, Disney, and Illumination.
LINDA ROSA (SHE/HER)
Character Modeler / Co-Editor/ Animation Lead
Linda Rosa is a 3D Character artist and animator, especially interested in creatures and visual storytelling. In her free time, Linda likes to develop personal projects, play instruments, and spend time with her various pets. Linda is interested in working within the film and games industry.
DONGQING "SUNNY" ZHENG (SHE/HER)
Art Director / Character Modeler
Sunny Zheng (with full name of Dongqing Zheng) is a student at the University of Central Florida Character Animation program. It has always been a dream for her to be able to work with inspiring stories and bring ideas to life. She wants to be a 3D artist for animated films or games as her future career.
RONIT LIBERMAN (SHE/HER)
Character Rigger
Ronit is the rigging artist for Superstitious' quadruped, Jinx. She is also working as Layout Lead for its sister film, Frostbyte. When she isn't rewatching Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Ronit enjoys taking long naps with her two cats Loki and Pumpkin.
